Back in Year 2000 when we started our business with 9 original members, we had no experience in HR business. We just had strong passion to ‘support clients for successful Recruitment’. We kept listening to clients’ needs and problems regarding Recruitment, and now we produce a various service to support Recruitment for nearly 10,000 companies.
It is entirely thanks to our clients’ support that we have succeeded, and we are deeply grateful.
There is something I feel everyday about HR business. That is we have a lot more to improve and innovate in the current HR services. There should be new styles of recruitment, job seeking, staff training, etc.
The reason I say so is that HR service can be a crossroads in a client’s business life, and a pillar to decide the HR strategy and Business strategy. That is why we need to provide the Best-Quality service.
Now we have members with the same heart, over 200. Although we are 20 times in number, we have not forgotten our will “to support our clients for successful recruitment and to support for our clients’ corporation growth”.
